The Situation
A large global hospitality management organization was looking for a partner to help them understand their gaps for building a more inclusive workforce. The global hospitality management organization selected and partnered with Reframe to help accelerate their workplace change journey. The brand’s organizational structure was highly decentralized and required them to work across multiple units across multiple states. Using the Reframe Workplace Change™ approach, the global hospitality organization formed a committee to manage the vendor – partner relationship and with the Reframe engagement lead, aligned on the questions to be asked in one – on – one interviews and the number of internal and external stakeholders.
The Opportunity
Developed a Reframe Cultural Maturity Assessment™ discussion guide specific to the organization. Conducted 40+ 1 on 1 interviews with both internal and external stakeholders. After the interviews, facilitated a structured workshop in which findings were presented, their Reframe Cultural Maturity Score™, aligned the organization on priorities and resources to achieve the stated Reframe Impact Ambition™.

For the first time, uncovered organizational gaps across the enterprise and within each functions. Gained organizational alignment in the priorities as to how to not only address the gaps but also the resources to achieve the change required. Organizational alignment with a stated change objective and strategy for how the organization solves for the gaps uncovered, shift attitudes and behaviors in becoming a more culturally and inclusive workplace.
