The Reframe Cultural Maturity Model™
In 2016, Reframe developed the industry’s first cultural maturity model and began testing it with F500 organizations. A maturity model is a tool that helps organizations assess the current level of effectiveness for an organization, person or group and supports figuring out what capabilities they need to acquire in order to improve their performance. Using the scientific method for designing an instrument, testing, learning and validating it, we now are in a position to not only use the instrument at scale, we now have the capability of integrating the small language model (SLM) or “machine” throughout our software tools. As we move forward in continued training of the small language model (SLM), we will continue researching and developing the machine for deep learning and the highest probability of outcomes.
Segmentation and Personalization
Most organizations know their customers better than they know their employees because of the lack of addressable data, therefore lack the ability to make the employee experience personalized. With the use of the Reframe Cultural Maturity Model™, we are able to cluster and segment user attitudes and behaviors. Because of the use of multiple dimensions, our proprietary algorithm and data we are able to personalize the experience with continuous optimization of the user experience.
